Job summary

KBR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program based in Jacksonville, FL. You will plan, organize, and lead day-to-day maintenance activities for light/medium wheeled vehicles and supervise mechanics.

You will enforce safety, ensure readiness, and coordinate with multiple departments while maintaining ISO-9002 compliant procedures and meeting program goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Eight years of related work experience including two years in a motor transport supervisory role.
• Ability to review technical specifications and forecast spare parts needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates mechanics performing vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Manages work priority, equipment use, and personnel to optimize output.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and government regulations.
• Maintains repair parts inventory and coordinates with other departments.
