As a key liaison with cross-functional teams, you will maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance, manage audits, and mentor quality staff while aligning with Marine Corps Prepositioning program

Qualifications

• Must pass US Government background check and obtain a Secret clearance; US citizen.
• BA/BS in scientific field or engineering; or related combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of progressively complex QA experience with 6 years in management; 4 years supervisory.
• Deep knowledge of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; strong analytical skills.
• CMQ/OE certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed reports of non-conformances and corrective actions; prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead quality process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate quality efforts across logistics management and maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Develop and manage internal audit schedules for ISO 9001:2015; mentor quality personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; implement changes to improve operations.
