Job summary

KBR’s Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) team seeks a Internal Quality representative for the Ordnance section in Jacksonville, FL. You will analyze data to improve equipment readiness, maintenance quality, and customer satisfaction, reporting to the Quality Manager.

You will conduct detailed inspections, communicate requirements, and monitor the eQMS while coordinating with government counterparts and addressing quality issues expediently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of directly related work experience as a maintenance shop chief in USMC or Army QA.
• Must pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of DoD publications and related resources (e.g., MCPDS).
• Strong quality assurance principles and techniques; maintenance management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed technical inspections on ordnance equipment.
• Interpret and communicate manual requirements to workforce and management.
• Analyze GCSS-MC and MCPIC data to ensure equipment readiness for delivery.
• Monitor and update the eQMS data base and respond to customer quality complaints.
