KBR's Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management Support System, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and drive corrective actions through audits and process improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor QA staff, maintain the Quality Control Plan, and partner with customers to deliver reliable logistics and maintenance services for USMC programs.

Qualificações

• Candidate must pass a U.S. Government background check and obtain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum 8 years in quality assurance within logistics, with 6 in management and 4 in supervisory roles.
• CMQ/OE certification within 1 year of hire.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience in field environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Manage quality efforts across logistics management and maintenance programs.
• Develop internal audit schedules and mentor QA personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
