The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. You will serve as the Internal Quality representative for the Ordnance Section reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

You will collect and analyze data to improve readiness, maintenance quality, performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will liaise with government QA Equipment Specialists and ensure compliance with DoD and Marine Corps standards while maintaining ISO practices and data integrity

Qualifications

• Must pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must have minimum 4 years of directly related work experience in USMC/Army Quality Control or depot maintenance.
• Working knowledge of MCO 4790.2, MCO P4400.150, GCSS-MC and applicable reports, or Army equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and maintenance management.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Conducts detailed technical inspections on ordnance equipment.
• Interpret and communicate technical manual requirements to workforce and management.
• Analyze GCSS-MC and MCPIC data to ensure equipment readiness for delivery.
• Monitor and update the eQMS database.
• Respond to customer quality complaints timely and effectively.
• Coordinate with government QA personnel and maintain relationships with government counterparts.
• Monitor maintenance activities to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
