Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Manage quality assurance processes by conducting audits, analyzing key quality drivers, and delivering actionable feedback to improve customer service levels.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance programs incorporating industry best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, recommend process improvements, and ensure corrective actions are executed.
• Oversee quality assurance plans, document processes, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop associates to build accountability, promote continuous learning, and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and support a positive work environment aligned with Walmart values.
