Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, or related field.
• Or 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing or production quality control/assurance, food safety or related field.
• Proven expertise in quality control practices, including auditing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cold chain management.
• Experience in stakeholder analysis, engagement, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance quality standards across the supply chain.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain, and sanitation protocols.
• Coach teams on proper inspection and handling techniques.
• Analyze business processes to recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize data and reporting tools to monitor quality metrics and support decision-making.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
