Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Engineering, or related field
• 2 years’ experience in training, quality, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience

• Develop and evaluate QA programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement improvements.
• Oversee QA plans, document processes, and share findings with leadership.
