Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a scientific/engineering field.
• 3+ years hands-on product/material testing lab experience.
• Experience applying industry standards in QA/compliance.
• Experience lab equipment operation, calibration, troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret test specifications and document results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee physical, mechanical, and performance testing using standardized methods to ensure product compliance and reliability.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed, traceable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration schedules are met and equipment performance is verified.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on testing protocols and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing accuracy and operational efficiency.
