• Experience in Walmart Logistics areas or similar large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates in writing or verbally.
• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals including production quality and safety.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet demands.
• Review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics quality and safety standards and policies.
• Resolve associates, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment and collaboration.
