Job summary

You will supervise and mentor associates and managers, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and partner with Information Systems and Logistics teams to optimize processes. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year of Ops/Distribution/Logistics experience, or 3 years in similar roles.
• Experience supervising and developing managers/supervisors and participating in hiring and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (quality, safety, operations).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Oversee QA guidelines, inventory integrity, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop associates and leaders, including coaching and training.
