Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QM-QA team across the SF East Bay sites. Based onsite in San Leandro and Livermore, you will drive quality strategy, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

You will mentor Quality Engineers and Managers, implement robust QMS, oversee CAPA and audits, and collaborate with global locations to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive QA/QA Engineering experience in manufacturing or tech environment.
• ISO Lead Assessor experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, FDA GCMP).
• Experience with welding and AWS certification requirements.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (pFMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Six Sigma, LEAN).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers and Managers.
• Establish product/process validation and CAPA processes.
• Manage non-conformance, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform internal QMS audits and participate in supplier quality activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales.
