Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a seasoned QA Inspection and Receiving Lead to direct the inspection functions and drive improvements in quality, efficiency and cost. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring adherence to processes and schedules across the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
8+ years in a supervisor role.
10+ years in inspection experience.
Experience with Oracle and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Leads QA Inspection and Receiving functions and drives improvements in quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
Guides subordinates to achieve goals and adhere to policies.
Represents changes to policies affecting the organization.
Follows processes to select methods and solutions.
Supervises QA and Receiving Inspectors to meet schedules and resolve problems.
Develops schedules and performance requirements.
Leads staffing and development of QA and Receiving team.
Defines requirements, plans resources, monitors costs, and removes barriers.
