Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QM-QA team at the SF East Bay sites in San Leandro and Livermore. You will develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

The role requires strong leadership, ISO Lead Auditor experience, and a track record in quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, CAPA). Domestic/international travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering in manufacturing/tech.
• ISO Lead Auditor experience and quality system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Formulate and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Define quality metrics, targets, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers and Managers.
• Oversee non-conformance, CAPA, and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure product/process validation and readiness across lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and supplier quality input.
