Job summary

Fives Giddings & Lewis, LLC in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking a Manager – Quality Assurance to lead and coordinate the company’s quality program. This on-site role plans, trains, and drives quality objectives across departments, ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years related experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, OEM preferred.
Experience with supplier quality and customer quality programs.

Responsibilities

Proactively Attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Maintains compliance with QMS based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards.
Supports management review meetings and reports on QMS effectiveness.
Coordinates internal audit programs and corrective actions.
