Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Quality Manager in Beloit, Wisconsin to lead the Quality Management System and drive enterprise-wide quality performance across manufacturing, suppliers, and product lifecycles. This role is on-site and permanent, reporting into leadership with hands-on and strategic responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will ensure ISO 9001 compliance, elevate supplier quality, and guide continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods on the factory floor and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Quality Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of AIAG standards, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, statistical analysis and CI tools.
• Experience in supplier quality management and in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality leadership and culture across the organization.
• Define and deploy quality specifications and standards.
• Lead supplier quality strategy, qualification, and corrective actions.
• Improve manufacturing quality, process capability, and first-pass yield.
• Lead root cause analysis, RCCM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inspection, testing, validation, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Define quality metrics, monitor KPIs, and report performance.
• Partner with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to embed quality.
