#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for a growing manufacturing operation near Milwaukee, WI. The role leads the QMS, drives ISO 9001 compliance, and partners with production to minimize defects while expanding into a new 90,000 sq ft facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years QA leadership in manufacturing, ISO 9001 auditing, Lean/Six Sigma, and CQE/CQA credentials. Salary is $115,000-$135,000 DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO 9001-based QMS in manufacturing.
• Proven track record conducting internal and external audits.
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement, and continually improve the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Coordinate ISO audits and surveillance with internal/external teams.
• Report quality metrics and maintain documents and records.
• Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, and trend monitoring.
• Develop QA staff and deliver ISO 9001 training as needed.
• Promote quality culture and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
