JBS USA is seeking a 2027 Quality Assurance Management Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience across a major meat and poultry operation in the United States.
The 12‑month program rotates through every business sector of a location, supports the QA team, and covers GMP, SSOP, HACCP and USDA activities. Three Leadership Development sessions are held at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO, with final placement in a leadership role.

Purpose/General Summary: Our 12-month program is designed to give you an immersive leadership experience at one of our 60+ domestic locations. This program includes hands‑on rotations throughout all of the location’s business sectors, and is designed to give you real‑world leadership experience and a thorough understanding of how each sector functions to support the overall production strategy of the location.
