JBS USA is recruiting for a 12‑month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program in the United States. The role provides immersive rotations across all production sectors with hands‑on QA experience and leadership development.
You will work with the QA team, gain knowledge of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP, and participate in USDA meetings. Final placement aims at a leadership role within the facility.

Purpose/General Summary: Our 12-month program is designed to give you an immersive leadership experience at one of our 60+ domestic locations. This program includes hands‑on rotations throughout all of the location’s business sectors, and is designed to give you real‑world leadership experience and a thorough understanding of how each sector functions to support the overall production strategy of the location.
