Job summary

ALPLA Group in McDonough, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site’s integrated management system, quality control, and laboratory oversight. You will drive product quality to meet internal, customer, and regulatory expectations and partner with the Plant Manager on quality communications.

You will lead the Quality Team, manage audits, documentation, and training, and advance continuous improvement with a focus on safety, teamwork, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a STEM/technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all IMS activities at the manufacturing site.
• Assist Plant Manager with quality communications to internal and external customers.
• Promote a quality and continuous improvement mindset within the operation.
• Lead audits (internal and external) and ensure ISO 9001 and other standards compliance.
• Manage documentation and the quality team, including training and evaluations.
