Job summary

ALPLA, a global leader in sustainable packaging, is seeking a QA Manager for its manufacturing site in Delaware. You will coordinate the Integrated Management System, promote a quality and continuous improvement mindset, and lead the Quality Team to meet ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and customer requirements.

A STEM degree and 5+ years QA leadership are required. Responsibilities include audits, data-driven improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance across production, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Four-year STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance with QA leadership.
• Experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
• Proficient with Excel; SPC software knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IMS activities at the manufacturing site.
• Lead quality team and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory and customer quality requirements are met.
• Audit coordination and reporting per procedures.
