ALPLA Dayton Plant is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the site quality program and ensure regulatory and customer standards are met.

You will oversee IMS activities, coordinate QC testing, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with operations, supplier quality, and customers to maintain ALPLA's trusted quality.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a STEM/technical discipline.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment and QC testing.
• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance with QA Manager track record.
• Proficiency with Excel and SPC software.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise IMS activities at the site.
• Support Plant Manager with quality and regulatory communications.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead quality team with training and performance management.
• Manage customer relation and complaint processes.
• Oversee QC program including calibration and data integrity.
