ALPLA McDonough Plant in McDonough, GA, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the site’s QA programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee the quality team, coordinate IMS activities, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will drive RCA investigations, manage audits, and collaborate with operations to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a STEM/technical discipline.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment.
• At least 5 years in QA management in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proficient with Excel and SPC software.
• Statistical knowledge.
• Ability to work across departments and manage customer relations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise IMS activities at the site to ensure product meets internal, customer and regulatory expectations.
• Assist Plant Manager with quality‑related communications to internal and external customers.
• Promote a quality and continuous improvement mindset within the operation.
• Lead the quality team and conduct regular QA staff meetings.
• Host periodic customer visits and manage customer complaint processes with RCA techniques.
