Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. (EDSI) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead program staff, ensure data integrity and file compliance across contracts, sites, and projects.

You will oversee day-to-day data processing, QA procedures, and reporting, provide analytics to leadership, and develop quality improvement plans to meet benchmarks.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of professional, including supervisory, experience are preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff and ensure data integrity and file compliance.
• Oversee data processing, QA procedures and reporting for contract benchmarks.
• Analyze performance and prepare internal database and CWDS reports.
• Develop quality improvement plans when necessary and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate weekly QA meetings and coordinate with leadership on reporting.
