Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience, including one year in leadership or supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Job Description:Title: Quality Assurance ManagerClassification: ExemptSalary: $62,000Scope of Position· Provide leadership and direction to program staff and ensure integrity of data and file compliance· Oversee and provide analytical overview of day-to-day data processing, quality assurance procedures, and reporting to ensure successful contract benchmarks across programs, satellite sites and special projects.Essential Functions· Work with leadership team and direct staff to ensure effective and efficient data management, service delivery and compliance with federal, state and local policies and procedures· Provide leadership and direction to Quality Assurance staff and conduct staff development as needed· Ensure staff resources are utilized strategically to best reach state and local performance goals· Serve as primary point of contact for contracted database services, maintenance and development· Analyze performance, and compile and submit both internal database and CWDS reports for the funding agency and EDSI; develop quality improvement plans when necessary· Develop continuous improvement on process flows and program documentation to align with program development, as well as identify strategies for innovative services at PA CareerLink Lehigh Valley· Enter, edit and retrieve data in appropriate tracking and databases, and perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and prepare reports related to program activities· Manage the development of new project reports and modification of current reports as needed· Ensure data entry in systems of record is timely and accurate· Partner with management team in providing measurable reporting and strategies to achieve benchmarks· Assist team leaders with financial reports and monitoring expenditures in relation to training budgets· Facilitate weekly Quality Assurance meetings and attend all other pertinent team meetings· Perform monthly caseload reconciliations for all contract programs· Provide weekly, monthly and yearly performance status reports and review· Communicate areas for improvement based on performance trends and propose processes solutions· Ensure ISO compliance and perform audits as required or necessary· Respond in a timely manner to performance reporting requests from contracting agency and provide monthly program performance tracking reportsOther opportunities as availableEducation and Experience Requirements· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred· At least three years of professional experience, including one year of leadership or supervisory experience· Experience in a team-oriented environment· Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, other computer programs and data entry· Must have solid organizational skills, time management skills, be detail oriented and provide accuracy with deadline-sensitive goals and objectives· A valid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
