Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to program staff and ensure data integrity and file compliance.
• Oversee and provide analytical overview of data processing, QA procedures, and reporting to meet contract benchmarks.
• Ensure ISO compliance and perform audits as required.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and improve processes.
