Job summary

Golden Gate Regional Center is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to evaluate and monitor services provided within their Agency’s counties. Responsibilities include conducting quality assurance evaluations, selecting service providers, and training workshops.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Generous benefits include medical and dental coverage, retirement contributions, and ample time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-graduate work, one of which must be in the field of developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts quality assurance evaluations on community programs.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and writes evaluation reports.
• Develops plans of correction for underperforming programs.
• Participates in State reviews of GGRC services.
