Job summary

San Andreas Regional Center is seeking a Quality Assurance professional responsible for performing on-site visits and preparing comprehensive monitoring reports to ensure HCBS compliance. The role collaborates with multiple teams and DDS to coordinate reviews and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of experience in quality assurance or related fields, with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with two years of experience in project management, quality assurance, social work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Visit service provider programs and complete Unannounced Visits and Facility Monitoring visits and reports.
• Produce Facility Monitoring reports, Unannounced Visit reports, Quality Assurance Reviews, Corrective Action Plans, Immediate Danger Reports, Sanctions, and correspondence, and file material as needed.
• Coordinate with DDS to lead reviews for EBSH/CCH and FHA and arrange QA Reviews.
• Assist with HCBS Final Rule self-assessments and data collection for CAP monthly reporting.
