The role entails leading a quality team and collaborating with project managers, government staff, and customers to ensure performance objectives are met and risks are addressed. The candidate will manage QA inspection processes, conduct quality assessments, and deliver concise reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience with a strong focus on Quality Management Plan ownership and quality program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading small teams in a quality or operational environment.
• Direct experience with QA inspection processes, quality assessments, test analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and ensure regulatory requirements are current and implemented.
• Lead a small quality team (approx. 10–15 people) with guidance and accountability for quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, Government staff, and customers to define requirements and determine resolutions.
• Deliver clear written and verbal quality reports, status updates, and senior-level briefings.
