The role requires 8–10 years of related quality management experience, active Secret clearance, and the ability to work remotely with travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience with a strong focus on Quality Management Plan ownership and quality program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading small teams in a quality or operational environment.
• Direct experience with QA inspection processes, quality assessments, test analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Remote work environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP), ensuring processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements remain current and implemented.
• Provide leadership to a small quality team (approximately 10–15 people), offering guidance and accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers, Government staff, and customers to define requirements, identify risks, and determine resolutions.
• Deliver clear written and verbal quality reports, status updates, and senior‑level briefings.
• Develop, lead, and refine QA inspection processes to ensure performance and mission requirements are met.
• Conduct Quality Assessments, test analysis, and data-driven evaluations for compliance and improvement opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, optimize schedules, and enhance performance.
• Promote safety briefings and coordinate communication across senior management, safety teams, and contractor personnel.
• Collaborate with 5G/IT program staff and integrate quality processes into technical environments.
