Qualifications

• 10+ years of related QA experience or equivalent
• 5+ years developing and executing test plans and scripts for Web-based applications
• 3+ years' experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• People management experience required; ability to lead QA engineers and automation testers
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; 3 of 5 years US residency required

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor QA engineers and automation testers with clear direction and performance feedback
• Ensure QA practices, testing outputs, and regulatory requirements (FDA) are met
• Develop and maintain test plans, RTMs, scripts, validation packages, and release criteria
• Design and implement test automation strategy and expand automation coverage
• Verify releases meet regulatory criteria for accuracy and readiness for UAT/production
• Collaborate with FDA leads, PMs and reviewers to support mission outcomes
• Oversee functional, regression, E2E, performance and UAT testing cycles
• Coordinate parallel testing across modules and development tracks
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and regression verification
• Provide QA status, dashboards, metrics and risk/escalation reporting to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of testing standards and processes across FDA workstreams
