Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks a QA leader to supervise programs within quality assurance and drive compliance with ISO/AS standards. You will oversee audits, administer policies, and mentor a team of analysts.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of experience (or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5–7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programs and activities within the quality assurance functions of the organization.
• Oversee audit or inspection processes to monitor compliance with quality standards.
• Administer policies and programs ensuring products and processes meet quality standards.
• Participate in development and administration of the organizational quality management system.
• Supervise analysts who collect data on quality failures and corrective actions.
