Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead the site’s Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across quality functions. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to elevate product quality and reduce COPQ while supporting growth.

The role includes audits (customer/ISO/ASME), NPI support, and a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of quality management experience or Master’s degree and 5+ years of quality management experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.

Mansioni

Lead and facilitate quality improvement projects.
Implement and sustain quality tools into daily manufacturing culture (5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA).
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization, quality improvement, and cost savings.
Develop and implement standard work procedures to reduce variability in operations.
Educate lower-level and peer employees on quality tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments.
Coach lower-level and peer employees on quality control procedures to evaluate an organization’s products.
Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability and product quality.
Prioritize safety and compliance with regulatory requirements in operational activities.
Lead customer, ISO 9001, and ASME audits from the quality perspective.
Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and risk management activities including FMEA and control plans.
