Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site QMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100. You will oversee audits, supplier quality, and customer quality issues while mentoring a quality team on corrective actions and data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in manufacturing quality management. On-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Several years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 strongly preferred for aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, and corrective/preventive quality methods.
• Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Experience managing customer complaints, supplier quality issues, nonconforming material, and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management/ERP software systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site QMS in line with standards, customer requirements, and policies.
• Plan, coordinate, lead, and follow up on internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits.
• Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and quality concerns through containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support measurement system analysis and calibration and ensure inspection methods and records are effective.
• Develop, maintain, and report quality KPIs and trends to management; drive risk-based improvements.
• Coach and develop the Quality organization; collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales.
