Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Management professional to develop, implement, and maintain the QMS across our manufacturing and supplier network.

You will lead internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, and manage customer complaints and non-conformances to achieve zero defects. You will monitor process data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering to sustain quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to map processes and develop KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per company and customer requirements.
• Lead audits and coordinate corrective actions; manage complaints and non-conformances.
• Monitor process data, validate checks, and report concerns to supervision.
• Lead supplier quality improvement with procurement; calibrate quality equipment.
• Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards; present findings to leadership.
