Job summary

Kiewit Power is seeking an entry level Quality professional to join the Project Management Team. You will report on quality performance, ensure adherence to procedures, manage QA/QC activities, and act as a liaison to customers, vendors and subcontractors.

This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across multiple sites. You must be willing to travel, with base compensation announced as $77,000 to $86,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree plus two years in construction.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Strong communication of project quality status.
• Excellent writing skills for technical documentation.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective communications with district management and clients.
• Examine field conditions and identify problems and cost-saving actions.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of Quality Management System procedures.
• Manage Welding Procedure Specification logs.
• Assist in conducting project quality audits and reports.
