Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Quality Inspector based in Altavista, VA, for a 12-hour night shift (7PM–7AM) on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. You will inspect bottles and final packaging, train new personnel on quality processes, and support supervisors to deliver a compliant, high-quality product.

We require 1–3 years in manufacturing with strong attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• QA-focused role experience preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, quality GMP compliance and company policies.
• Perform visual checks and final packaging audits.
• Record data to plant SPC database and complete reports.
• Operate and verify in-line inspection devices (leak testers, vision systems, detectors).
• Assist in training and support supervisors as needed.
