Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking a Quality Assurance Improvement professional to develop and maintain detailed field quality reports and respond quickly to cross-functional data requests. You will analyze warranty claims, coordinate improvements, and document actions and statuses for launched models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports for accurate communication of field quality status (Before sales, 3M, 12M, 36M, WM, CPU, and DPU) for management.
• Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities.
• Inform the responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis and follow-up on improvement.
• Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues.
• Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issue and make necessary input/actions.
• Review warranty field claims for correct processing, request changes as necessary.
• Make EWR (Early Warning Report) for launched models to report and share to HMGMA.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
