Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America is seeking a Quality Assurance Improvement professional for its Ellabell, GA location. The role focuses on developing and maintaining field quality status reports across pre- and post-launch cycles, supporting multiple teams with timely data requests.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with 0–5 years of experience; automotive industry exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
• 0-5 years of job related experience preferred
• 1-3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports communicating field quality status for management
• Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities
• Inform Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues and follow up on improvements
• Coordinate and update improvement database documenting activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues
• Analyze field claim data and recall/campaign issues and take necessary actions
• Review warranty field claims for correct processing and request changes as needed
• Create Early Warning Reports (EWR) for launched models to report to HMGMA
• Meet all other requirements as assigned
