Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA to own MRB, containment, and data-driven quality improvements. The role embeds within manufacturing to resolve nonconforming materials, review WIs, and drive root-cause analysis with engineering teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing/quality roles, CAD proficiency, and experience with AS9100/ISO9001 environments. Some travel and TS/SCI eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience in lieu of education.
5+ years in manufacturing or quality/engineering roles.
Experience in manufacturing supporting HW development and quality management.
Proficiency with CAD and inspection data management software.
Experience reading engineering drawings and using inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage MRB process and containment of nonconforming items.
Review work instructions and provide feedback to inspectors.
Lead containment execution and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with engineering teams for dispositions and timely investigations.
Create inspection plans for incoming and in-process material.
