Victaulic is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Global Quality Assurance team at its Easton, PA headquarters. You will evaluate customer complaints, support New Product Development, and work with manufacturing QA to identify trends and containment actions. The role requires Six Sigma experience and ASQ CQE is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; Mechanical or Industrial preferred.
• Six Sigma Black/Green Belt or equivalent; ASQ CQE is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO:9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer complaints to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) from ideation to launch with quality elements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing QA to identify trends and containment actions.
• Drive COPQ reduction through Six Sigma projects.
• Update Victaulic specifications, procedures and processes.
• Support new technology systems for quality processes.
• Lead product/process reviews related to warranty claims and customer complaints.
• Take on additional initiatives from Global QA leadership.

In this role, you'll work closely with design, manufacturing, sourcing, applications, and sales teams to ensure that quality standards are established and achieved across our products. You'll support both new product development and investigations of customer complaints from the field, helping the company improve its quality systems.
