Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer in Justin, TX, to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor and support equipment, process reliability, and maintenance programs. Collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance, you will optimize plant layout, implement standardized work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality across production.

In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement, support equipment and process reliability, and help scale operations through lean principles and standardization. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, and support new equipment installations — from optimizing plant layout to building preventative maintenance programs, keeping the facility running efficiently and safely.
