In this role, you'll own the development of Victaulic coupling products from concept through market release, reporting to the Senior Manager of Coupling Technology – Engineering. You'll lead multi-departmental teams through detailed design, testing, and production, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Application Engineering to bring products from idea to reality.
