Job summary

VanTran Industries, Inc. is seeking a qualified Records and QA Support professional to help maintain quality documentation, file records, and assist in developing new QA systems.

You will participate in internal audits, document control, CAPA verifications, and the ongoing improvement of the Quality System within a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and data.
• Write reports and procedure manuals.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with quality systems and documentation control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support ISO 9001 conformity and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in Internal Audits both as an individual and as a team member.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and QA materials.
• Assist in CAPA verifications and documentation control.
• Maintain and archive quality documentation and Master Device Records.
