Job summary

Vantran-Industries, Inc. in Texas seeks a Reliability Quality Technician to ensure RMAs are inspected, documented, and returned in a timely manner. You will record incoming RMAs with photos, tag them, and update tracking as part of the diagnose/repair lifecycle.

The role collaborates with SCM, Engineering, Production, SIOP, and QA teams; you will perform tests, support audits, and help maintain quality documentation and ISO/IEEE compliant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Tier II RMAs scheduling and daily follow-ups.
• Take pictures of incoming RMAs to record condition and tag them.
• Inspect returned transformers (RMAs) and document defects for feedback.
• Update the RMA status tracker daily.
• Collaborate with SCM, Engineering, Production, SIOP, and QA teams.
• Follow up on RMAs during the repair/rebuild stages.
• Support audits by customers, registrars, and regulators.
• Contribute to quality management system improvements.
