Job summary

STAR, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements across our group homes and apartments within Residential Services.

You will prepare for audits, develop and maintain policies, address safety concerns, and monitor staff adherence to quality standards, working with the Residential Director and managers to meet DDS and other agency requirements. A Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Supervisory experience in a residential or related setting.
• Experience with the Department of Developmental Services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between STAR, Inc. and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare for audits and develop/maintain policies and procedures.
• Address safety concerns and submit required information to agencies.
• Monitor staff adherence to established quality standards.
• Collaborate with Residential Director and home managers to meet DDS requirements.
