We are seeking a detail-focused and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to create, maintain, and monitor systems that support compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements across our group homes and apartments within Residential Services.
STAR, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Norwalk, CT, that has provided support services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families for more than 70 years. Our services take many forms, but they share one common purpose: improving the lives of the people we support. We strive to help each individual reach their fullest potential through inclusion, independence, and freedom of choice.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) serves as a key point of contact between STAR, Inc. and regulatory agencies, helping ensure compliance and appropriate oversight for the individuals we support.
