YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor case files and data for Child Care Services, with back-up duties for Appeals and Fraud representatives. The role is grant funded, with essential attendance and strict adherence to policies.

The position involves monitoring payments, contracts, and state reports, ensuring accuracy, and may include TWIST/TX3C training. Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours preferred; experience can substitute for coursework.
• Two years in client service or contract administration or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Good organization, analytical and numerical abilities.
• MS Office proficiency and PC operation required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor case files and records for Child Care Services and serve as back-up to Appeals and Fraud representative.
• Track monthly payments, provider contracts and state reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor vendor payments and rates by referral types and maintain proper filing for audits.
• May conduct TWIST or TX3C training on data entry processes.
• Maintain databases and update systems monthly for reporting; assist with audits.
