Job summary

Dungarvin is hiring a Quality Assurance lead to oversee the QA staff, develop training, and drive continuous improvement across services for individuals with disabilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise the QA coordinator, and collaborate with operations to elevate service quality.

The role emphasizes data-driven oversight, event investigations, and clear reporting to leadership, with opportunities for growth within Dungarvin’s 17 states of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in a related field.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working directly with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the QA staff (1 coordinator).
• Develop and deliver training to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in quality assessment and improvement of services.
• Ensure services meet high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the plan of improvement when issues are found.
• Oversee data review, reporting, and communication.
