Job summary

Dungarvin is hiring a Human Services Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager to lead a QA team and ensure services meet program requirements and the organization’s mission. You will train staff, oversee quality assessments, and drive continuous improvements to support individuals with developmental disabilities across the service offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to policies, and data-driven reporting, with travel as needed to support initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
• Two years of experience in a related field
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Direct experience with individuals with disabilities
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong decision-making, time management, research, and interpersonal skills
• Proven communication and project management abilities; independent, responsible, mature, flexible
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor the QA staff (3 coordinators)
• Develop and deliver training to ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures
• Assist in quality assessment and enhancement of services and supports
• Ensure services provided are of the highest quality
• Contribute to plan of improvement when issues are identified
• Maintain quality processes through audits and inspections; identify issues and recommend improvements
• Provide data review, reporting and communication
